Uthe sabke kadam, dekho, ram-pam-pam...

Hanso aur hansaaya karo!

La la, la lalala, yayaya, la lalala...

Roop naya hai; rang naya hai -
Jeeneka to jaane kaahan dhang gaya hai!
Kisey kya fikar, kisey kya pasand -
Pyaarke jaahan mein razaamand jab hum tum?
Tum hum ban gaye hain sanam bedgherat - mere ghar aaya karo!
Kabhi khushi kabhi ghum, tara-ram-pam-pam,
Hanso aur hansaaya karo!

Uthe sabke kadam, dekho, ram-pam-pam,

Adorable friend....

One of my friends had qualities , traits which made him different from the crowd . I would use the metaphor - sheepdog to define him , many reasons ...
he was young adult who had a vision , a behind the curtain onlooker who could drive the sheeps . He knew to bark but not to bite , he used to be behind but yet steer the way forward for the sheeps to lead , a classic sheepdog in making . He was generous , helpful and intelligent making him a complete gentleman.I always used to adore him ..adore that person but yet could not follow the path he leaded because after all it was untraveled path of success which not many had dared to walk upon.

Whether it should be mentioned in our report cards that we go to tuition classes or not?

Hello friends, tuition classes have become an integral part of our lives. Our daily schedule involves at least 1 hour of tuition classes . Unlike before when these classes were just meant for weaker strata of students , today it has become a trend, and this trend is only growing by time.Students have joined tuitions just because their friends have done so ,but the question is whether or not it should be mentioned in our report cards that we go to tuition classes or not?
In my opinion it should be because a student who is going to these classes has an edge over the ones who are not.Often it is observed that these students disturb the class and not let others study.Mentioning in the report cards whether a person goes to tuitions or not would help in 2 ways. Firstly,it would reduce this 'fashion' and secondly, it would make students more self-dependent which in turn would bring out their potential.

"At the end of the day it is the grasping abilities of the student which matters and not the fact whether he goes to tuitions or not" argues my tuition going friends. They further add that it also helps to supplement the income of teachers whose salary is low.
On the parting note i would like to conclude that although tuitions are great help to students who are weak in studies , following just because your friend is doing so is quite pointless.

A Must Read ..not written by me..

An Indian man walks into the New York City bank
and asks for the loan officer.
He tells the Loan Officer that he was going to India
for some business for 2 weeks and needs to borrow $5,000.

... The Loan Officer tells him that the bank will need
Some form of security for the loan.

So the Indian man hands over the keys and the documents of the new Ferrari car parked on the street in front of the bank.

The loan officer consults the president of the bank,
Produces all the required items and everything
check out to be OK.

The loan officer agrees to accept the car as a
security for the loan. The bank president and the Loan Officer had a
good laugh at the Indian

For keeping a $750,000 Ferrari as a security and
taking only $5,000 has a loan.

An employee of the bank then drives the Ferrari
Into the banks underground garage and parks it
there. Two weeks later the Indian returns and pays
$5000 and the interest which comes to it $15.41. Seeing this, loan officer says,

“Sir, we are very happy to have your business
And this transaction has worked out very nicely,
but we are a little puzzled.
While you are away, we checked you out and
Found out that you were a multi millionaire. What puzzled us was why would you bother to
borrow $5000?”

The Indian replies
"Where else in the New York City can I park my
car for 2 weeks and For only $15.41 and expect it to be there when I
return".

This is a true incident and the Indian is none other than... "VIJAY MALLYA"

FOR - RACHANA TEACHERS AND THEIR TEACHINGS

Whenever I think of character 'Teacher' , an image which comes to my mind is that of a person very simple, easily accessible and freely approachable but still leaving a certain grace and reserve in his/her walks or talks .A person with ever ready wit and keen sense of humor but with due care to not let it slip into the mere  funny 'hurt' statement .A person who is very knowledgeable but never pendatory . A person who could be trusted but never to be taken for granted , and most of all a very much students representative but without looking common , somehow carrying an inscrutable halo of some strange mystique.

In fact , these were some of the qualities of a timeless teacher ,the first vice-president and former president of India - Dr. Sarvpilli Radhakrishnan . He was the most respected, educated and the person who provided solace to the country in time of crisis. When some of his students and friends approached him and requested him to allow them to celebrate his birthday, he said, "instead of celebrating my birthday separately, it would be my proud privilege, if September 5th is observed as Teacher's day". From then onwards, the 5th of September has been observed as Teachers Day, in India.

For our part of bargain , we should always try to deliver our best in honesty, sincerity and discipline , we must always understand that it takes a deal of endeavor and to deliver lectures and manage a class of 45 students which our teachers accomplish. Ask all the people who are crowned with success and they will always tell you that behind them their is a hand of a great teacher.A person who has guided them , given them their instincts which they have trusted blind-folded all their life.

On a more personal note I would like to thank all the teachers of Rachana School for giving me such an exposure to education and wish them a VERY HAPPY TEACHERS DAY

TERRORISM , OIL AND ENVIRONMENT

Mr.Osama Bin Laden the person responsible for major terror attacks spoke to Vaibhav Maheshwari live from hell about terrorism, environment and petropolitics.

Vaibhav: How do you justify yourself on killing millions of innocent people?
Laden : Many Ways. Firstly, we wear the mask of religion to promote and justify terrorism . Secondly ,we hate the hippocratic manner of 'inscrutable americans' and wanna revenge them and all its allies(like india , although now it is more like a sandwich) and third and most importantly we want to create more and more fear among people , and terrorist attacks are the best way to accomplish it .

Vaibhav : How do you get all the resources to undertake the mission ?
Laden:As for the information it is freely available on the internet and the money required is provided by you . You are indeed funding both the oppositions..
Vaibhav : I don't get it.You are trying to say that i am funding you to kill myself !!?#$$%%!!?? Does that make sense at all ?
Laden : Yes it does, look you are paying for your oil .. right? Then you are funding me . The oil comes from arab countries , they earn from it . Now some part of this money is sent to 'our associations' by Muslim Missionaries , Oil Companies and individuals living their. You are also funding the government(taxes) to carry out anti-terrorist activities.

Vaibhav:Why 'Muslim Missionaries',' Oil Companies' and 'individuals living in arab countries' fund you? It's not charity exactly you are doing.
Laden:For Protection,'Vasoli' whatever u may like to call it ... I call it 'donation for a cause'.

Vaibhav:What are the means to stop u?
Laden: America thinks if they kill all the terrorists they would be able to stop us but they are wrong if u kill a terrorist , 10 more will be produced( in order to take revenge) . According to me a non-oil system of power usage or in another words pollution free technology for better environment and future of the world is the only solution to stop us.Look @ this equation --
Less consumption of oil = No money in arab countries = No money for us = No attacks

Vaibhav: Is that why UN is conducting all these environment talks? We are stopping you aren't we??
Laden: Ha!!! are you kidding me , what happened at those UN Environmental summits was little like America ate the breakfast, lunch , dinner and dessert and then invited all the countries for a coffee and asked to share the bill ..Obviously the countries declined ,nothing is coming out of those meets. If anything is possible it is at grass-root levels.Common man like Anna Hazare should stand up to create mass movement about environment.

Vaibhav: Last question sir , i am a student of class 10th Rachana School . Why I should i know all this ?
Laden : Because you need to decide what are you going to do?let us kill you or drive the environment free innovation in 21st century. Choice is yours to make.

Do our parents give us enough freedom to make our own choices ??

In the early 2000's , the world went through a transition, it became flatter , smaller and smarter place to live in . Due to emergence of internet and steroid gadgets there was information flow like never before , this may have destroyed all other barriers but it created new barriers for people - the ones born into the bubble and the ones born before the bubble and in my opinion this is what has embarked upon the differences of opinion between us and our parents as they belonged to latter 'creed' of people. For Example go ahead and ask grandads-"Are your kids gonna be vegetarian ?" They would reply "Yes.." Ask the GEN Y the same question then they would rather reply "nah!! we going to eat KFC".
They have their notions based on their experiences and we have ours based on our experiences.Their experience truly more than that of ours but a good decision not just needs an experience(yes! it helps) , it needs precision and innovation.
According to me freedom to make your own choices cannot be given or gifted it is owned by the student itself . If the student is well aware of the world around him , and knows how much time to sit on facebook or how much junk food he/she should eat or knows what career options he's gonna take I don't think parents should interfere in our decisions based upon our perspective of life , I am lucky enough have to such parents who let me take my chances in my life and I respect my parents for that , at the same time we should always know where to make our boundaries if we don't do that then I believe our parents have right to intervene in choice we choose for ourselves .
Even though these generations has wide set of  opinions , collaboration should be maintained to keep argument and scuffles at bay . There should be an agenda of co-operation on common interests, mutual needs and shared responsibilities , which both parents and their wards should understand .

Yeah.. I know surprise ending!! :P
Hope u liked this piece of graffiti .... will be writing more

Remove Corruption System

Corruption an overflowing unbanned drug in our country is on high . Measures should be taken against the government to prevent it as they are the role models for the common man . Anna Hazare and the team is of course on this task and have been quite successful in this mission which is till now thought to be impossible .  After reading both the demand of Baba Ramdev as well as Anna Hazare , i have come up with the solution

GA GA GA ... not in mood to write hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

MARKS.................................................

India won World Cup 2011 . Marks . Anna Hazare is on Fast . Marks . Osama Bin Laden is dead . Marks . Obama is getting fat . Marks . Facebook has notched 17 million users in India . Marks .
The sun may rise from west but parents , teachers and neighbors won't stop asking us "How much marks did you got beta ?? " Examination are a great way of testing student's potential  in academic performance but they are not just enough . Marks do not tell that I am good at web programming and coding , they do not tell that I am an avid reader , they do not tell that I am guy with creative and innovative mind for tomorrow . My real talent and passion is never shown up in the report card for me , it is and will be an alphabet on Report Card , but to whom does it matter what i think ,  all what matters is Marks , weather you care for them or you don't . Why does sports and other co-curricular activities take backyard stop in our route to definition of success ?? Why can't still in 21st century passion replace profession ??

Kapil Sibal tried to introduce CCE (Continuous Comprehensive Evaluation ) but it now it seems like 'Continuously Crushed Education' where teachers instead of giving REAL-TIME activities pamper students for only 1 motive - 'Marks' . I get to listen many teachers in the class quoting that 'Children If u study like this no wonder what your FA Grades are going to be' . From REAL TIME ACTIVITIES i mean an educative field trip , a visit to an office of a MNC or any sort of activity which includes outing of the student to a new location where he/she can learn through interaction .
Of Course I can sit and talk like Baba Ramdev or Anna Hazare and blame the bloody government for everything but no we need to solve this problem from grass-root levels , we need to see how much contribution we are making to enhance the education system which we are a part of (directly or indirectly) .

The Art Of Commercialization

Art Of Commercialising is nothing more than art of generating revenue, profit and business and Indians lack it. For Example, the backyard form of cricket known as 'gulli-danda' had been played in India a long before but we were never able to commercialise the game, if had done who knows the Cricket World Cup 2011 might have known 'Gulli-Danda' World Cup 2011. This is we were Americans and Europeans come in, they are the new age experts in presenting a simple thing in a sophisticated manner and sophisticated thing in a simple manner as to generate profit and revenue. So putting it overall, I say we lack the art of commercialising, the art of generating money out of nowhere, we are still unable to commercialise the games such as 'Kabaddi' , 'Pachisi' , 'Mallakhamb' . Leave the international level even the coming generation does not know about these games, Still there's a lot of scope of improvement and things could be much much much better . We can have private initiatives ( I have lost my faith in government after what is happening in the parliament right now ) to start ventures in fields like medicinal herbs and shrubs or promoting traditional talent and game or maybe even collecting garbage . Give the job to Americans and they will make a fortune out of it while we will lag behind. Some say (referring to the article of Vijay Ramachandran in Times Of India) the reason is we are less curious, passionate, creative and intelligent than the Americans but I think otherwise Indians are more creative , curious , passionate and intelligent than americans but the thing is we do not show off and at the end that is what matters . How is the world going to know what u r or what you can do if don't show them. We need to use this population, these minds commercially to generate a profit for India by any means possible, we don’t need to be ‘idea copy cats’ (talking mainly of Bollywood and business ventures) , we need to work upon something totally ours .

Sms Advertisements In Today's World :D

The need and place for Advertisements both have been increased over time .'Bulk Messages' are sent from and on mobile to advertise the product , after all cheap technology and skilled labour is present in plenty .
Recently I got a SMS from "LM-1LakhSms" which displayed that I am winner of Rs. 1 Lakh Sms , to claim your verification go to 1Lakhsms.com , what struck me in my mind was this could be the SMS fraud after the rise of Email fraud , instead it is just a mix of words . The message said I am winner of 'Rs 1 Lakh Sms' which means you can send free sms to everyone from their site which they claim of worth Rs. 1 Lakh . LOL (hey! not Lots Of  Love) u can do the same on WAY2SMS.com for unlimited messages.. ..

Now-a-days people have started doubting the word 'free' with 'fraud' (which usually is the case) on emails and on SMSs , so these advertising guys come up with another brilliant idea to fool people  . Just look at the message i got from the website grabdeals.net "Buy Iphone 4 for 90% discount rate" . I knew websites such as snapdeals.com provided free discount coupons in India so I logged into grabdeals.net after all who would not like an Iphone 4 at the rate of Nokia 1010 but this also turned out to be a another rough play of words as it turned out that i m going to get Iphone 4 for 90% discount RATE  , so the discount was only 10 % .. duh..
SMS Advertising which is short and sweet like twitter is now just not a matter-of-fact-concept it is more like how best you can fool your clients .. FALSE ADVERTISING RULES

Globalization 4.0 . What Next ???

First of all , i wanna start with the question 'What Is Globalization' ? You can obviously google it and get a 13 page Wikipedia article on it but in simple terms , it means exposure .

Globalization on Earth has occurred at many stages and in different forms. Stage 1 occurred from 1700 - 1900 (It took 200 years for stage 1 to complete !) , it happened when countries started exploring possiblities of trade with other countries , it created an atmosphere where countries fought and grouped together for the sole purpose of power and  money . Stage 1 basically happened when the trade started .

Stage 2 occurred from 1900 - 1970 (70 Years time-span) this is the period when Industrialization took place , machines started coming up and manual labor went down , when people and countries grouped together to form unions  known as "Companies" - to fight and acquire trade powers.

The Stage 3 (1970-2010 ,took 40years to complete) , is the most important stage of globalization  as it sought the change which was never imagined before . Columbus never thought that he can connect over the whole world just by clicking some links , he had to go around the world for that , In this stage we came from countries to companies to individuals . From Britisher to East India Trading Guy to James Cameron .  Anyone from anywhere could share their thoughts with everyone and everywhere. This Globalization brought computers and internet at home of individuals empowering them in a never before manner .

But still the big question loiters around us . WHAT NEXT ? WHAT IN GLOBALIZATION 4.0 .

Whatever i wrote above were facts , history of what happened till now , what I am going to write now is prediction , a 'sort-of' thing that might happen next (It is only my opinion).
Globalization 4.0 will only take 20 years to complete (2010-2030) , it is going to bring the downfall of USA and rise of China and India , The downfall of stripes and rise of dragon and charkha . Globalization 4.0 will bring change in how uploading is done , downloading is done , sharing is done , at which speed it is done , how people communicate , new means of mass media and social status on social structure on social networking websites will gain lot of importance .

In Globalization 4.0 many new jobs will be created and old jobs will be dumped , the only question would be weather you are able to live through the change , and unlike the present world where competition is between you and classmates or you and your country natives , there would be competition between you and the whole world  . Will you be able to change with time ?? Or left lagging behind ...?? choice is yours

What We Have They Lack - Different narrative , Different method , Different Imagination

ISLAM - A CASE STUDY
I am no religious writer and this article is not about how and why follow ISLAM , This article is mainly based upon the impact of Globalization on the 2nd leading religion of the world and how this 'level playing field' is responded by different people of this very same religion .
When Arab Muslims (of countries namely Pakistan , Afghanistan , Iraq , Iran ) started to know the world where sharing digitized data was fast , quick and people could share thoughts and collaborate in a never before manner , one man named Osama Bin Laden reacted instinctively and created network named Al-Qaeda , this network spread out with amazing quickness . Very soon knowledge was being shared on this network , thoughts were shared on this network but not so that uploading and downloading can take place in harmony but to create destruction and hatred among people . These countries , these people also went through the phase of globalization but how they utilized this knowledge devastates me.

Different narrative , Different method , Different Imagination

Now let's talk about the second largest Muslim community in this world - India , After the Y2K impact on Indians we got introduced to Globalization . Muslims in India although being a minority in the country has shown enormous success , and have made Indian flag held high . Look At this ,
In India the leading Bollywood superstars namely the 5 khans run half of that industry . We have had a Muslim President (A.P.J Abdul Kalam) who was also responsible for making of missiles and weapons in the Indian Military . The Current Vice President Of India Hamid Ansari is also a Muslim , you may have heard the names of  Qurratulain Hyder ,  M. J. Akbar , Javed Akhtar ,Irfan Habib , Zakir Hussain ,  Abdul Hamid
, Maulana Azad  , M. Hidayatullah , Sania Mirza  , Bismillah Khan . What's more is leading indian MNC named WIPRO is headed by a muslim - Azim Premji .
This shows what exactly a globalist democratic nation can do the muslims , when they are given enough chance to proove their worth and stand in the competition .

Different narrative , Different method , Different Imagination
The Arab-Muslims and Indian Muslims both went through Globalization , but how we indians reacted to this while how Arabs reacted to this is clearly printed on the facts of history
